CAREGIVER SUPPORT SERVICES

Mandate:  To provide caregiver support services in Sarnia-Lambton  through information, education, advocacy, support and access to services to enable caregivers to maintain a healthy lifestyle and make the complex role of care giving a more rewarding experience.

Do you know someone caring for a loved one at home who needs some relief from their care- giving role?  Our volunteers, who have completed a comprehensive training program, are ready and willing to fill the need in our community.  Volunteers are matched with a caregiver and care receiver to make regular visits or contact to relieve the caregiver.  There is no charge for this service.
